Photography, experimentation & print

I’m an East Yorkshire photographer and visual artist interested in the space between observation and imagination.

My work moves between landscape, abstraction and experimental photography, using techniques including intentional camera movement and multiple exposure to transform familiar places into something less literal. Alongside photography, I work in linocut and printmaking, exploring many of the same landscapes, wildlife and ideas through a much more tactile process.

An ARPS-qualified photographer and member of the Royal Photographic Society, I exhibit my work, give talks and contribute to photographic critique and community projects.

I’m happiest when photography takes me somewhere unexpected.
